Using Propriety methods, Intact Genomics has manufactured a variety of Agrobacterium competent cells to very high efficiency. Strains include EHA105, LBA4404, GV3101 and AGL-1. All are useful for plant transgenic operations in a variety of species.

GV3101 — Useful for agrobacterium­-mediated genetic transformation of Arabidopsis thaliana, tobacco, corn, potato, and other plants.
AGL-1 — AGL1 electroporation with a binary vector allows for subsequent Agrobacterium-mediated transformation of Arabidopsis thaliana as well as maize and other monocots.
LBA4404  — The LBA4404 strain is useful for transgenic operations of tomatoes, tobacco and other plants.
EHA105 — The EHA105 strain is useful for transgenic operations of rice, tobacco and other plants.
