Terms and Conditions of Sale
These Terms and Conditions apply to products and services purchased from Intact Genomics, Inc. (“Intact Genomics”). By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms.

Oders and Pricing
Orders may be placed online, by purchase order, email, phone, or through an authorized distributor. Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, and other fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment
Intact Genomics accepts major credit cards, checks, money orders, wire transfers, and approved purchase orders. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, purchase-order invoices are due within 30 days (Net 30).

Shipping
Products are shipped using appropriate temperature-controlled packaging. Shipping dates are estimates and may vary based on product availability and destination. Shipments are FOB Origin, and risk of loss passes to the customer upon shipment. International customers are responsible for customs clearance, duties, taxes, and applicable import requirements.

Returns and Replacement
Because many Intact Genomics products are temperature-sensitive and cannot be resold after shipment, returns are generally accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products.

Customers must contact Intact Genomics within 30 days of delivery and obtain authorization before returning any product. At our discretion, eligible claims may be resolved by replacement, credit, or refund.

Limited Warranty
Intact Genomics warrants that its products will meet the published specifications when properly stored and used according to applicable instructions.

Except as expressly stated, Intact Genomics makes no other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Research Use Only
Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, Intact Genomics products are For Research Use Only (RUO) and are not intended for human or animal therapeutic or diagnostic use.

Customers are responsible for determining product suitability and for using, handling, storing, and disposing of products in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
